Privacy, Terms and SMS Terms
These are the master policies for BeeHiveStack LLC and the brands we operate. We've tried to keep them readable. If anything is unclear, email [email protected].
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how BeeHiveStack LLC ("BeeHiveStack," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses and protects information when you visit our websites, contact us, or use our products and services, including BeeHive and other brands that link to this policy (together, the "Services").
1. Who we are
BeeHiveStack LLC is a Tennessee limited liability company, formed November 4, 2026 (Tennessee Secretary of State Control #002158590). BeeHive is a brand of BeeHiveStack LLC. Mailing address: 713 Winfield Dunn Pkwy Ste 2 #1014, Sevierville, TN 37876. Email: [email protected]. Phone: (865) 252-3400.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in a form, email, call or text.
- Account and billing information: details needed to set up and bill your account. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we don't store full card numbers.
- Call and message content: when you use our AI receptionist or messaging tools, we process call recordings, transcripts and messages to provide the Services to you.
- Website usage: basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools.
3. How we use information
- To provide, set up, support and improve the Services
- To respond to your questions and send quotes you ask for
- To send service messages, such as appointment reminders, account notices and support replies
- To send marketing emails, only where you've agreed to receive them (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To keep the Services secure, prevent fraud and meet legal requirements
4. How we share information
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Services (for example hosting, phone and messaging carriers, payment processing and customer support tools), under agreements that limit how they can use it, and when required by law or to protect our rights and users.
5. Mobile numbers and SMS consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We may share your mobile number with the messaging platforms and phone carriers that deliver our texts, only so they can deliver them. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never sold or rented.
6. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar tools to keep our sites working and to understand how they're used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work without them.
7. How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as we need it to provide the Services, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. When it's no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected].
- You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
- You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
10. Children
Our Services are meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
11. Our customers' customers
When a business uses our Services to talk with its own customers, that business decides what information is collected and how it's used. We process that information on the business's behalf. Questions about a specific business's practices should go to that business.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date above.
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and BeeHiveStack LLC ("BeeHiveStack," "we," "us," or "our") covering your use of our websites, products and services, including BeeHive and other brands that link to these Terms (the "Services"). Keep your login details safe and let us know right away if you think someone has accessed your account without permission. You're responsible for activity on your account.
3. Quotes, fees and billing

9. Third-party services
The Services may connect with tools from other companies, like payment processors, calendars and phone carriers. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we aren't responsible for them.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
